Stafford

Our Stafford development is located in the market town centre on the corners of Gaolgate Street and Crabbery Street. Once completed, this permitted development project will contain twelve new homes, eight of which will be apartments, and the remaining will be four studio units.

The town has seen property prices rise by over 136% in the last two decades, and with regeneration funding already secured, the town is set to continue its growth.

Each new home will have a high-quality, contemporary finish. Beyond their homes, residents will enjoy the wide range of amenities on their doorstep, thanks to the prime central location of the development.

Location

Stafford is a market town in the heart of Staffordshire. It prides itself on history with heritage sites such as Stafford Castle & The Ancient High House. Despite being historical, there is still more this town can offer with amenities such as Queens Retail Park and a leisure centre.

Located only 24 miles north-west of Birmingham, 15 miles north of Wolverhampton, and just south of Stoke-on-Trent, Stafford is seeing a higher demand for living spaces. Also, with ongoing talks of railway service changes, connections between Stafford and the North will be boosted by the end of 2022. This year it was announced that over £350m is to be invested in Staffordshire over the next 12 months.

"Stafford has seen the fastest rise in house prices, with the average property increasing in value by £29,584, or £81 a day." Source: Stoke On Trent Live
